Get this: his dad was one of Dickson’s clients. One day they got to talking, and it was decided that real estate would be Vincent’s fate. Dickson took him under his wing, and he’s been soaring ever since.
Perhaps his biggest strengths are his conflict resolution skills. See, he’s got a knack for making the most out of difficult, unusual situations—and coming up with win-win solutions for everyone involved. Take this case in point, for example: he was representing a buyer who was trying to purchase a short-sale home. Everything was going smoothly, until, at the very last minute, the sellers pulled out of the transaction. They didn’t want to move out of their home, instead they wanted the bank to foreclose it. So Vincent educated them about the consequences of foreclosure and presented them with other options. Through lots of cooperation and teamwork, everyone ended up meeting at a happy medium. And the sale went through. Strong negotiation skills like these are critical in the real estate industry, where you never know what’s going to happen, or where anything can happen.
Vincent has experience in selling all different kinds of properties—single family, multiple family, townhomes, and condos. He also possesses a strong knowledge of short sale, foreclosure and probate transactions.
Prior to working at JODI Group, he managed a small marketing team for a company in the food industry.
He holds a degree in International Relations and Chinese from UC Davis.
