He started his career as an Account Executive at Yusen, a well-established international logistics company. For 10 years, he consulted numerous corporations on their global transportation needs. It was a fun and exciting career where he traveled all over the world and met people from different walks of life—but he wanted a challenge! In 2007, as the financial market was on a downward spiral, Bill took on the challenge as Financial Specialist at Wachovia Bank where he provided one-on-one consultation on financial solutions for high net-worth clients. Within a year, Bill was ranked among the top 10 producers in the country. After such achievement, Bill still wasn’t satisfied. In 2010, his entrepreneurial spirit called out to him to jump on the biggest opportunity in decades, the Real Estate market.
